Gurahano agent terms

A Gurahano agent represents the platform as a shopper, courier or store partner. Agents must act honestly, protect customer privacy, and follow all Gurahano service standards while fulfilling orders across Kigali.

Agents accept or decline assignments promptly, shop orders accurately, and deliver within the agreed window. Items must be handled with care, kept at the correct temperature, and handed to the customer or a verified recipient only.

Earnings are calculated per completed order plus any applicable bonuses or tips. Gurahano pays out on the published schedule to your registered Mobile Money or bank account. All payments to customers must be processed through the platform — no side payments.

Customers rate every order. Maintaining a high acceptance, on-time and quality rating keeps your account in good standing and unlocks priority dispatch and higher-value orders.

Gurahano may suspend or terminate an agent account for fraud, repeated low ratings, no-shows, unsafe behaviour, or breach of these terms. Suspended agents receive a reason and may appeal through support.

We may update these terms from time to time. Agents will be notified of material changes and continued acceptance of assignments after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
