Within 48 hours of delivery, open a return from your order in My Account, or contact our team with your order number.
2 · Free pickup
We arrange a free pickup from your address anywhere in Kigali, or you can drop the item at any Gurahano collection point.
3 · Quality check
Our team inspects the item against our freshness and condition standards within 24 hours of arrival.
4 · Refund issued
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method or as Gurahano store credit within 3–5 business days.
