The agreement between us.

1. Acceptance of terms

• By browsing or placing an order on Gurahano, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
• If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Gurahano Ltd, registered in Rwanda.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under a guardian’s supervision, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information at registration and keep it updated.

3. Orders & pricing

• All product listings are offers, not commitments, until your order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Promotions and weekly specials are subject to availability and may change without notice; member-only pricing applies solely to active Gurahano+ members.

4. Delivery & returns

• Delivery timelines are estimates based on zone and traffic; we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
• Fresh items may be returned within 48 hours if they fail our Fresh Guarantee; pantry and packaged goods follow our Returns Policy.
• You agree to make someone available to receive the order at the address provided.

5. Payments

• Payment is processed at checkout via our certified payment partner. Gurahano does not store full card numbers.
• Gurahano+ memberships auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from My Account; fees for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Vendors & marketplace

• Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, fair pricing, product safety and regulatory compliance for the items they sell.
• Gurahano acts as a marketplace operator and may moderate, remove or delist products or vendors that breach these terms.

7. Acceptable use

• You will not use Gurahano to sell, upload or share unlawful, harmful, infringing or fraudulent content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or interfering with platform security and performance is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

• Gurahano provides the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or clarifications. We will notify members of material changes.
• Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
