Mobile Money

Pay directly from your mobile wallet in seconds — no card required.

How to pay

  1. 1Select Mobile Money at checkout.
  2. 2Enter your MoMo phone number (MTN or Airtel).
  3. 3Approve the prompt on your phone using your PIN.
  4. 4You will receive an SMS confirmation instantly.

Stay safe

  • Always confirm the payment prompt comes from your telecom provider.
  • Never share your MoMo PIN with anyone — including Gurahano staff.
  • Keep the SMS receipt until your order is delivered.

Secure card payments with 3-D Secure verification for every transaction.

How to pay

  1. 1Choose Card at checkout and enter your card number, expiry and CVV.
  2. 2Your bank will send a 3-D Secure OTP to your registered phone.
  3. 3Enter the OTP to confirm the payment.
  4. 4You will see a paid confirmation on screen and by email.

Stay safe

  • Gurahano never stores your full card number or CVV.
  • Look for the padlock icon in the address bar before paying.
  • Use a card enrolled in SMS alerts so you notice any unusual charge.

Cash on Delivery

Pay our rider in cash at your door — ideal when you prefer to inspect first.

How to pay

  1. 1Select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
  2. 2Our rider brings your order and a printed receipt.
  3. 3Inspect your items, then pay the exact amount in cash.
  4. 4The rider marks the order paid and you are done.

Stay safe

  • Have the exact amount ready — riders carry limited change.
  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to RWF 200,000.
  • You can still switch to MoMo or card when the rider arrives.
