Step 1

Find what you need

• Use the search bar at the top of every page to look up items by name — avocados, coffee, rice, and more.
• Filter by department from the rail beneath the header, or browse a department page like Fresh Produce.
• On mobile, tap the search icon to reveal the search field; results update as you type.

Step 2

Build your basket

• Tap “Quick add” on any product card to drop it into your basket, or open a product for quantity and details.
• Open the basket drawer (top-right icon) to review items, adjust quantities, or remove anything.
• A badge on the basket icon shows your item count so you always know what’s inside.

Step 3

Checkout & pay

• Hit “Checkout” in the basket drawer to go to the checkout page with your items pre-filled.
• Enter your delivery address, contact details and choose a payment method.
• Review the order summary — subtotal, delivery fee and total — then place your order.

Step 4

Track your delivery

• After placing an order you’ll get an order number; use Track an Order to follow its status.
• Statuses move from pending → confirmed → preparing → out for delivery → delivered.
• Live driver details appear once your order is on its way.

Delivery fees and times depend on your address zone in Kigali and beyond.
